The Secret to Perfect Spritz Cookies
We’ve all been there – struggling with a cookie dough that’s either too runny or too stiff. But after some trial and error, we’ve finally nailed the perfect combination. Our recipe yields a dough that’s just right, making it easy to work with your cookie spritzer and produce beautiful, uniform cookies.
Tips for Making the Best Spritz Cookies
- Make them festive: Dunk half of the cookie in melted chocolate and sprinkle with hundreds and thousands (or sprinkles of your choice) for a fun and colorful treat.
- Use high-quality ingredients: The better the butter, sugar, and eggs, the better your cookies will taste.
- Don’t overmix the dough: Mix just until the ingredients come together, and then stop mixing.
- Experiment with different flavors: Try adding a pinch of salt or a teaspoon of citrus zest to give your cookies a unique twist.
