How exciting…. with christmas around the corner I can’t help but feel a buzz in the air. I just love starting to plan all the christmas activities and treats. The smell of freshly baked cookies fill the air while soft christmas carols play in the background. Aaaa…. I can not think of anything better!!

This is an easy to make shortbread biscuit. The sweet taste of this biscuit mixed with just the perfect amount of cinnamon and mix spices makes a very special treat in our house.
